Experienced Eyelash Extension Stylist

The Experienced Lash Stylist’s role is to consult with clients and apply semi permanent eyelash extensions, while always delivering an outstanding client experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum 1 year experience in semi permanent eyelash extension application, with the ability to apply a full set (90+ lashes per eye) in two hours.
- Training in Volume/Russian Volume is a huge plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding client service skills with strong client retention.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Polished professional and friendly with a passion for beauty.

Salon Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager’s role is to run the day-to-day operations of the business and to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet clients
- Reserve appointments, field phone calls and manage the schedule of appointments on a daily basis
- Manage the flow of the business, including client check-in and check-out experience and communicating with stylists regarding their clients’ arrival
- Resolve client issues while utilizing the support of Management as necessary
- Assist clients with sales of services, retail and gift products
- Maintain daily operations and an immaculate and clean studio
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Experience within high-end hospitality, retail or salon customer service is required
- Experience with high-end product sales is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to meet our clients’ needs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends and holidays as well as open and/or close shifts.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Booker salon software preferred
- Polished, professional and friendly. A passion for beauty is a huge plus!
