With the appearance of brighter, more open eyes, many clients find themselves wearing less make-up for a fresher, more youthful look. It’s also a good idea to pre-book your Relash appointment for a few days prior to your event to ensure your lashes are full and beautiful on your special day.

Eyelash Extensions are an entirely new method of enhancing the look and feel of your own natural eyelashes. Our premium lash extensions are applied to a single natural eyelash creating a longer, fuller and darker lash look. They are virtually weightless and are very comfortable on the eyes. The lash extensions are semi-permanent and attached individually using a surgical grade adhesive to last until your own lashes shed naturally. With hundreds of length, thickness and curl combinations, your set of lash extensions will be customized specifically for you.

You will lie comfortably on a Tempur-Pedic® bed with your eyes closed while our Lash Stylist applies your eyelash extensions, individually to your natural eyelashes. The extensions do not touch the skin – they are attached to the eyelash hair only, about 1 mm from the root. The process generally takes 2 hours for a full set and the procedure is so relaxing and comfortable that many of our clients fall asleep!

Lash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes, usually between 4 and 8 weeks. As your natural lashes grow and shed, the extensions will grow and shed with them. A Relash appointment every 2-4 weeks will keep your lashes looking full and beautiful throughout this cycle.

Taking care of your eyelash extensions is easy by following a few simple guidelines. The first is to keep waterproof cosmetics and oil-based products away from your eye area. The second is to keep your eyelashes clean by cleansing them thoroughly every day. Detailed aftercare instructions will also be discussed during your appointment.

Yes. Although most clients don’t find the need, you can use mascara that has been formulated to work with extensions. However, you should never use waterproof or oil-based mascaras as these can dissolve the bonding agent and shorten the life of your extensions, causing them to fall out sooner.

The good news is that you won’t need one. Our lash extensions have been designed to curve upwards so you will maintain that curled lash look without the need of an eyelash curler. We do not recommend using mechanical eyelash curlers on your lash extensions as these curlers will damage the extensions and possibly your own natural lashes.

No. The most important thing is to make sure you are having them applied by a highly trained and certified Lash Stylist. The adhesive dries very soft on lashes, allowing the lashes to stay flexible and bouncy, just like your own eyelashes. In fact, many of our clients have seen their natural eyelashes become healthier as a result of wearing lash extensions because there is no need to wear mascara or curl your lashes anymore, which can often be damaging.

Yes, they can easily be removed by your Lash Stylist. Please do not attempt to remove any lashes on your own as you could damage your natural eyelashes.
